Medical Practitioner Support
Two ways to work together: health coaching for your referred patients, and education for you and your team.
Offering 01
Collaborative Patient Coaching
In support of your established treatment plans and protocols, I coach your referred patients on the lifestyle, habits, and environment that support recovery. The goal is to turn your recommendations into routines that last. Patient-paid, and you keep every clinical decision.
Clinical visits establish direction. Implementation happens between them.
Inputs determine outputs. Light exposure, sleep and meal timing, and the home and work environment sit upstream of much of what you treat, a point the American Heart Association made in its 2025 scientific statement, Role of Circadian Health in Cardiometabolic Health and Disease Risk. These are some of the most modifiable variables in a patient’s life, and some of the hardest to change without consistent support between visits. That’s where I come in.
What I work on with your patient
Work starts with a full review of the patient’s health history and your plan. Each session covers one area: the science first, then the practical application, tailored to the patient’s life and circumstances.
Consistent sleep and wake timing, and a daily structure built around light, darkness, and meals.
Time outdoors in daylight, lighting at home and work, and evening screen habits.
Hydration, movement, and rest that support mitochondrial health and energy.
Practical ways to manage and mitigate excess non-native electromagnetic field exposure at home, and build a healthy relationship with technology.
Whole, seasonal foods, and eating in step with the body’s daily rhythm.
Daily practices that support regulation, mindset, and follow-through.
- Best-fit referrals
Patients who plateaued after treatment. Patients whose sleep, energy, or daily rhythm is part of the picture. Patients who need more support between visits than a practice can staff.
What comes back to you
With your patient’s written consent, a one-page update for the chart at the midpoint and the close. Under 350 words, same six fields every time.
What you referred for, and the goal we set.
The specific changes the patient worked on.
What the patient reports, in their words.
What got in the way, and what we adjusted.
Clinical questions that belong with you.
Where things stand and what comes next.
Start with one patient
Bring one de-identified patient profile to a 15-minute fit call. We’ll see whether it’s a good fit before anything begins.
Offering 02
Practitioner Education
Live education in circadian and quantum biology for practitioners and their teams, as a single presentation or a multi-week cohort. The science first, labeled by strength of evidence, then how it applies to the patients you see.
Circadian Fundamentals for Patient Care
How light, timing, and mitochondrial function shape metabolic health, and how to apply it in patient care. Offered live only.
- Circadian biology and metabolic health
Clock genes, light and meal timing, and what controlled and population studies show.
- Light as a biological input
Sunlight, indoor lighting, and light at night.
- Mitochondrial function
How light and timing affect cellular energy and metabolic flexibility, including where the research frontier is.
- Application in patient care
The practical levers, where patients get stuck between visits, and where coaching fits.
Lyme Disease and Tickborne Illness Education Cohort
A multi-week cohort built for practitioners supporting patients with Lyme disease and tickborne illness, and open to anyone who wants a thorough understanding of the landscape.
- Navigating the Lyme landscape
The history of Lyme and coinfections, the camps and approaches that have shaped care, and a narrative analysis of where they agree and diverge.
- Borrelia and coinfection biology
How the organisms work, and how they interact with human biology.
- The treatment landscape
An evidence-labeled overview of treatment options and modalities.
- Biophysics-first patient support
Light, circadian timing, and the environmental inputs that support recovery, alongside the care you already provide.
Who you’d be working with
I spent more than a decade in the defense and intelligence space before my own experience with Lyme disease shifted my focus. After years of allopathic and naturopathic treatment protocols, I still wasn’t well. That changed when I began applying the science of circadian and quantum biology to my daily habits, lifestyle, and environment. It’s what inspired me to build REGENERINT: to help others access the information I didn’t have earlier in my own journey.
